Storage: Keep in cool, dry and no light place
Brewing Guide:We recommend using Chinese Yixing (purple clay) or porcelain Tea ware. Rinse Tea cup and Teapot with hot water. Fill the Teapot 1/2 to 3/4 full with Tea leaves, or 2 grams of Tea leaves for every 150ml of water if you are not using Yixing Teapot. Steep Tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
Lao Cong (i.e. Old Bush) Shui Xian is produced using Tea leaves picked from Tea bushes of at least 15 years old, which grow along the wild, rocky mountain area of Wuyi Shan. It is believed that Tea prepared using the Tea leaves from these old bushes has exceptional medicinal qualities, being able to soothe the body and mind, in addition to the ability to detoxify the body system.
