别名 盐麸叶上球子、文蛤、百虫仓、木附子、漆倍子、红叶桃、旱倍子、乌盐泡、角倍、肚倍
为漆树科植物盐肤木、青麸杨和红麸杨等树上寄生倍蚜科昆虫角倍蚜或倍蛋蚜后形成的虫瘿。主要由五倍子蚜寄生而形成。秋季采摘，置沸水中略煮或蒸至表面呈灰色，杀死蚜虫，取出，干燥。按外形不同，分为“肚倍”和“角倍”。

据《本草求真》记载：“五倍子，按书记载味酸而涩，气寒能敛肺经浮热，为化痰渗湿、降火收涩之剂；又言主于风湿，凡风癣瘙痒，眼目赤痛，用之亦能有效。”

肚倍:呈长圆形或纺锤形囊状，长2.5～9cm，直径1.5～4cm。表面灰褐色或灰棕色，微有柔毛。质硬而脆，易破碎，断面角质样，有光泽，壁厚0.2～0.3cm，内壁平滑，有黑褐色死蚜虫及灰色粉状排泄物。气特异，味涩。角倍:呈菱形，具不规则的角状分枝，柔毛较明显，壁较薄。
