Property

Actions

Indications

桑葚概述(补血滋阴 生津润燥)
为桑科植物桑的干燥果穗，农人喜欢其成熟的鲜果食用，味甜汁多，是人们常食的水果之一。桑葚中含有脂肪酸，主要由亚油酸。桑葚中含有大量人体所需要的营养物质，还含有乌发素，能使头发变得黑而亮泽，可用来美容。
桑葚各家论述
《本草经疏》记载：“桑椹，甘寒益血而除热，为凉血补血益阴之药，消渴由于内热，津液不足，生津故止渴。五脏皆属阴，益阴故利五脏。阴不足则关节之血气不通，血生津满，阴气长盛，则不饥而血气自通矣。热退阴生，则肝心无火，故魂安而神自清宁，神清则聪明内发，阴复则变白不老。甘寒除热，故解中酒毒。性寒而下行利水，故利水气而消肿。”
桑葚性状
【性味】 味甘、酸，性寒。
【归经】 归心、肝、肾经。
为聚花果，由多数小瘦果集合而成，呈长圆形，长1～2cm，直径0.5～0.8cm。黄棕色、棕红色至暗紫色，有短果序梗。小瘦果卵圆形，稍扁，长约2mm，宽约1mm，外具肉质花被片4枚。气微，味微酸而甜。
