甜瓜子性状
【性味】 味甘，性寒。
【归经】 归肺，胃，大肠经。
干燥的种子，长卵形，扁平，顶端稍尖，有一极不明显的种脐，基部钝圆。表面黄白色或淡棕红色，平滑而微有光泽。在扩大镜下观察，表面可见细密的纵纹。种皮较硬而脆，内有一白色膜质胚乳，包于2片子叶之外，子叶白色，富油性，气无，味淡。
