【性味】 味苦，性寒。
种子长卵形，扁压，种皮黑色，边缘有狭翅，翅的一端有种脊，上方有叉状突起；
种皮硬，剥开后可见膜状灰绿色的肉种皮包于子叶之外，子叶2片，黄白色，气微，味微香。
