柏子仁概述(养心安神 止汗 润肠)
为柏科植物侧柏的干燥成熟种仁。秋、冬二季采收成熟种子，晒干，除去种皮，收集种仁。生于湿润肥沃地，石灰岩石地也有生长。分布于东北南部，经华北向南过广东、广西北部，西至陕西等。
柏子仁各家论述
《纲目》记载：“柏子仁，性平而不寒不燥，味甘而补，辛而能润，其气清香，能透心肾，益脾胃，盖上品药也，宜乎滋养之剂用之。”
柏子仁性状
【性味】 味甘，性平。
【归经】 归心、肾、大肠经
长卵形或长椭圆形，长0.3-0.7cm，直径0.1-0.3cm。新货黄白色或淡黄色，久置陈货则呈黄棕色，并有油点渗出。种仁外面常包有薄膜质的种皮，顶端略尖，圆三棱形，基部钝圆。质软油润，断面黄白色，胚乳较多，子叶2枚，均含丰富的油质。气微香，味淡而有油腻感。
