淡豆豉各家论述
据《本草经疏》记载：“豉，《经》云，味苦寒无毒，然详其用，气应微温。
盖黑豆性本寒，得蒸晒之气必温，非苦温则不能发汗，开腠理，治伤寒头痛、寒热及瘴气恶毒也。苦以涌吐，故能治烦躁满闷，以热郁胸中，非宣剂无以除之，如伤寒短气烦躁，饥不欲食，虚烦不得眠者，用栀子豉汤吐之是也。又能下气调中辟寒，故主虚劳喘吸，两脚疼冷。”
淡豆豉性状
【性味】 味苦、辛，性凉。
【归经】 归肺、胃经。
干燥品呈椭圆形，略扁，长0.5～1厘米，宽3～6毫米。外皮黑色，微有纵横不整的皱折，上有黄灰色膜状物。外皮多松泡，有的已脱落，露出棕色种仁。质脆，易破碎，断面色较浅。有霉臭，昧甘。以色黑、附有膜状物者为佳。
