别名 石髓铅、自然铜粉、煅自然铜
为硫化物类黄铁矿族黄铁矿，产于金属矿脉中，沉积岩与火成岩接触带，亦见于变质岩中。
自然铜各家论述
据《本草经疏》记载：“自然铜乃入血行血，续筋接骨之药也。凡折伤则血瘀而作痛，辛能散瘀滞之血，破积聚之气，则痛止而伤自和也。”
自然铜性状
【性味】 味辛，性平。
【归经】 归肝，肾经。
呈立方体，有棱，亮淡黄色，条痕绿黑色或棕红色。表面平滑，有时可见细纹理。不透明，具金属光泽。体重，质坚硬而脆，易砸碎，断面黄白色，有金属光泽。无嗅，无味，但烧之具硫黄气。有的自然铜经风化后而成为褐铁矿，呈黄褐色或黑褐色。破碎后碎块仍为黑褐色；有时内部夹有淡黄色块（黄铁矿）。
