马蔺子概述(清热 利湿 止血 解毒)
别名 马莲子、马楝子、蠡实
为鸢尾科植物马蔺的种子。8～9月果实成熟时割下果穗，晒干，打取种子，除去杂质，再晒干。《纲目》记载：“主小腹疝痛、腹内冷积、水痢诸病。”
马蔺子各家论述
《本草正义》记载：“马蔺子，《本经》言其平，而《别录》言其温。以其能治寒疝也，故苏颂且有大温之目。然又主喉痹肿痛及沙石热淋等证，必非大温之品，所以韩保异又谓之寒。实则此物能泄降结气，疏通经络，纯以下泄通达为主，不系乎寒温二气之作用。”
马蔺子性状
【性味】 味甘，性平
【归经】 归肝，胃，脾，肺经
种子呈不规则多面体，长约5mm，宽3-4mm。表面红棕色至黑棕色，略有细皱纹，基部有浅色种脐，先端有合点，略突起，质坚硬不易碎裂。切断面胚乳发达，灰白色，角质，胚位于种脐的一端，白色，细小弯曲。气微弱，味淡。
