蝼蛄概述(利水通淋 消肿解毒)
别名 蝼蝈、天蝼、蝚、蟪姑、蝼窒、蟓蛉、杜狗、炙鼠、津姑、蝼蜮、仙姑、石鼠、硕鼠、蛄、土狗、地狗、拉拉古、土狗崽、地牯牛、拉拉狗、拉蛄
为蝼蛄科昆虫蝼蛄的干燥全虫。夏、秋间耕地翻土时捕捉，或晚上点灯诱捕。捕得后用沸水烫死，晒干或烘干。
蝼蛄各家论述
据《本草新编》记载：“本草言其利水，宜分上下左右，然亦不必拘也。通身用之以利湿神效，兼能接续骨伤，治口疮，乳毒亦效。”
蝼蛄性状
【性味】 味咸，性寒。
【归经】 归胃、膀胱经。
干燥的虫体，多已碎断而少完整。完整者长约3厘米，头胸部呈茶棕色，杂有黑棕色；复眼黑色而有光泽；翅膜质，多碎落，足亦多折损不全，腹皱缩，浅黄色，有的呈黑棕色。疏生短绒毛，或无毛，质软，易碎。有特异的腥臭气。以身干、完整、无杂质及泥土者为佳。
