胡荽子概述(透疹 健胃)
别名 芫荽子
为伞形科植物芫荽的果实。8～9月果实成熟时采取果枝，晒干，打下果实，除净杂质，再晒至足干。干燥成熟之果实为弱的芳香剂，一般可与其他药合用作矫味剂。
胡荽子各家论述
《分类草药性》记载：“主小儿痘疹不出，辟四时不正之气，发表散寒，治鼻塞不通。”
胡荽子性状
【性味】 味辛，酸，性平。
【归经】 归肺，胃，大肠经。
果实为2小分果合生的双悬果，呈圆球形，淡黄棕色至土黄棕色，顶端可见极短的柱头残迹，多分裂为二，周围有残存的花萼5枚。表面较粗糙，有不甚明显的波状纵棱10条与明显的直纵棱10条相间排列。基部钝圆，有时可见小果柄或果柄痕。
小分果背面隆起，腹面中央下凹，具3条纵行的棱线，中央较直，两侧呈弧形弯曲，有时可见悬果柄。果实稍坚硬。气香，用手揉碎，散发出特殊而浓烈的香气，味微辣。
