骨碎补概述
为水龙骨科植物槲蕨的干燥根茎，全年均可采挖，除去泥沙，干燥，或再燎去茸毛（鳞片）。生于山地林中树干上或岩石上，海拔500-700米。
《本草新编》记载：“骨碎补，味苦，气温，无毒。入骨，用之以补接伤碎最神。疗风血积疼，破血有功，止血亦效。同补血药用之尤良，其功用真有不可思议之妙；同补肾药用之，可以固齿；同失血药用之，可以填窍，不止祛风接骨独有奇功也。”
骨碎补各家论述
《纲目》记载：“骨碎补，能入骨治牙，及久泄痢。昔有魏某久泄，诸医不效，垂殆，予用此药未，入猪肾中煨熟与食，顿住。盖肾主大小便，久泄属肾虚，不可专从脾胃也。”
骨碎补性状
【性味】 味苦，性温。
【归经】 归肾，肝经。
呈扁平长条状，多弯曲，有分枝，表面密被深棕色至暗棕色的小鳞片，柔软如毛，经火燎者呈棕褐色或暗褐色，两侧及上表面均具凸起或凹下的圆形叶痕，少数有叶柄残基及须根残留。体轻，质脆，易折断，断面红棕色，维管束呈黄色点状，排列成环。无臭，味淡，微涩。
