槟榔花，中药名。为棕榈科槟榔属植物槟榔Areca catechu L.的雄花蕾。分布于云南、海南及台湾等热带地区。与猪肉煲汤，治疗咳嗽。【性状】干燥的雄花蕾，粒大如米而瘦，表面土黄色至淡棕色。药材基源:为棕榈科植物槟榔的雄花蕾。把所有材料放进汤锅里面，加入水，武火煮开文火煲1.5-2小时，加点盐就可以喝了。将槟榔花氽烫1分钟后置大碗中，与盐、香油、鳕鱼肝罐头中汤汁拌匀后，再拌入鳕鱼肝。将洋葱末以酱油调味后，一起淋在鳕鱼肝上即可。
