为冬青科植物毛冬青的叶，全年均可采，鲜用或晒干。常生长于海拔180-500m的山坡灌丛中和荒山草丛中.

毛冬青叶性状
【性味】 味苦，涩，性凉。
【归经】 归胃，肺经。
叶互生，叶柄长3-4mm，密被短毛，叶片纸质或膜质，卵形或椭圆形，长2-6.5cm，宽1-2.7cm，先端短渐尖或急尖，基部宽楔形或圆钝，边缘有稀疏的小尖齿或近全缘，中脉上面凹下，创脉4-5对，两面有疏粗毛，沿脉有稠密短粗毛。
