艾纳香概述
为菊科植物艾纳香的全草。生于林缘、林下、河床谷地或草地上，海拔600-1000米处。
12月采收，先把落叶集中，再把带叶的地上茎割上，鲜用或晒干；或运到加工厂用蒸馏法蒸得艾粉。
艾纳香各家论述
据《全国中草药汇编》记载："避秽，温中，杀虫，祛风除湿；主瘟疫，疟疾，感冒，寒湿泻痢，头风头痛，风湿痹痛，跌打伤痛。”
艾纳香性状
【性味】 味辛，微苦，性温。
茎呈圆柱形，大小一等。表面灰褐色或棕褐色，有纵条棱，节是明显，分枝，密生黄褐色柔毛。木质部松软，黄白色，中央有白色的髓，干燥的叶略皱缩或破碎，边缘具细锯齿，上表面灰绿色或黄绿色，略粗糙，被短毛，下表面密被白色长绒毛，嫩叶两面均密被银白色绒毛，叶脉短毛下表面密被白色长绒毛，嫩叶两面均必被银白色绒毛，叶脉带黄色，下表面突出较明显。
叶柄短，叶半圆形，两侧有2-4对狭线形的小裂片，密被短毛。叶质脆，易碎。气清凉，香，味辛。
